According to the manufacturer, Only if you go to a dealership/OEM/maintenance facility who can change the cylinders. You will want to call ahead to check, many of them do not have the proper install tools or replacement cylinders.
It’s easier to buy a NE lock already keyed to the number you need. Hope this helps.
